As you can see, this is a bar. Big one. Darts. Pool. Jello shots. All the normal bar stuff.
But I’m not a drinker. I’m an eater. I’ve been hearing for some time that the burgers here were great. When people told me it was on Metairie Rd., I had no idea where. I’ve driven up and down Metairie Rd. hundreds of times in my life and never noticed it. Unbelievably, I’ve not only driven past, but actually walked right past it on the sidewalk a few times! That’s because it’s only a couple of doors down from a pizza joint I frequent. Mark Twain’s Pizza Landing. Being a bar I just never paid attention to it.
I decided on:

********* THE FOOD *********

I didn’t care for the spinach and artichoke dip. Kind of watery and not much flavor.
But the burger was everything a burger should be. A nice soft bun, dressed with fresh veggies, melted Swiss cheese, and a patty that was a half pound of unbelievably juicy, beefy goodness! The loaded baked potato was a great side.
For a good burger I highly recommend this place!

That dip looks insipid just from the photo but at least the burger lived up to its billing
